Low Pressure Operation

The heart of the Thawzall design is its closed loop hydronic heat delivery system, which circulates heated fluid to its intended destination at a remarkably low pressure -- typically between 1 to 15 psi. Unlike high pressure open loop systems, closed loop pressure is low enough to negate the need for a certified boiler operator, offering convenience and unmatched safety.

Flameless Heat

Thawzall heat units are environmentally safe, providing flameless, clean, fume-free, dry heat to any interior space with our accessory Unit Heaters. Unlike combusted heat produced by torpedo heaters in enclosed spaces, Thawzall heat contributes to a healthier, more productive work environment. In addition, our interior dry heat system allows drywall to dry faster and paint contractors to begin sooner, keeping projects on schedule.

Boiler Safety

Boilers used in the construction of Thawzall Heat Units are of the highest quality and durability. They meet or exceed pertinent USA and Canadian safety standards.

Patented Technology

Thawzall's design patent No. 5,964,402 was received on October 12, 1999 for its quick disconnect, multi-zone, manifold fluid distribution system. This technology ensures that the BTU's contained in the heating fluid reach their intended destination in the most efficient manner possible. Our unique benefits include:

  • More even heating, both horizontally and vertically
  • A series of 600 ft. heating zones that provide for efficient fluid return and reheating with no boiler shock
  • A balanced flow to all zones for optimal heat utilization
  • An automatic boiler throttle system that reduces fuel consumption after a full output steady-state condition is achieved
